Terms of Service
Version: 2026-09-29-v2
Service operator: API Watch
Contact: test@overover.site
Service
API Watch performs scheduled HTTP/HTTPS checks from one VPS, records recent response status and latency, and can send notifications using providers configured by the operator or account owner. Checks run at the interval shown in the account. Monitoring and notification delivery can be delayed or unavailable.
Plans and billing
- FREE: up to 3 monitors at 15-minute intervals.
- PRO: up to 25 monitors at intervals of 1, 5, 10, 15 minutes, with Developer REST API access and custom headers. Prices and billing intervals are shown from Stripe when paid checkout is enabled.
Paid subscriptions are handled by Stripe. A plan changes only after a verified Stripe event is processed. Cancellations and payment-method changes are managed through the billing portal. No trial, refund, credit or SLA is offered unless it is explicitly configured and shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
You may monitor only systems you own or are authorized to test. Do not use this service to perform denial-of-service activity, bypass security controls, or probe systems without permission. Destinations that resolve to private or reserved networks are rejected.
Public status pages
Monitors are private by default. You control which monitors are published. Do not publish URLs or monitor names containing credentials, personal data or other information you do not intend to make public.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. API Watch does not guarantee monitoring frequency, detection time, notification delivery, uptime, or a service-level agreement.
Governing law
The applicable jurisdiction is Mexico. The operator must supply and review this value before approving these Terms.
